HOW TO ENTER

The entire submission process for the Pensions & Investments' WorldPensionSummit Excellence & Innovation Awards is online. Please fill out the entry form and upload files directly to this online submission form.

You will be asked to select the category of your nomination: Plan Design, Communication & Engagement or Investment. The P&I team reserves the right to change the category in case they feel a necessity to do so. You can nominate in multiple categories, however you will need to make sure you explain in the description of your nomination why it fits in the selected category. (Note: you will need to submit for each category separately)

We realize that a great deal of thought goes into preparing and answering the multiple questions, so the link below is a printable file – cheat sheet some may call it – of all the questions and information we are seeking. Please write up and gather all the information, and when you are ready, copy and paste it into the online form.

The online questionnaire requires answers to 10 questions. It also will prompt you to supply URLs and files to support the nomination, as well as the nominees logo.

We are also requesting the names and contact details of the internal and external representatives of the project. These are the people within your firm and others on the outside that supported the initiative, helped push the idea and contributed to the process and successful completion.

You do not need to fill out the entire form at one time. When starting a submission for the first time, you will create a user profile, which will prompt you to create a password. This will allow you to re-enter the system and continue to fill out the nomination form before officially submitting it to us for judging. As you are filling out the form, please hit the save button on the bottom of the page. When your submission form is complete and you are ready to officially submit your nomination, please click "Save and Finalize" on the last page. The system will notify you if there are any mandatory fields that were left blank.

Entry Fee

There is no fee to enter the Excellence & Innovation Awards.
